Our farm is located 28 kms north of Crookwell in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales or 2.5 hours (250 kms) south west of Sydney and 1.5 hours north of Canberra (120 kms). At an altitude of almost 900 metres we receive an average of 32 inches of rain annually, some of which falls as snow 2-3 times a year. The temperature ranges from –8 degrees in winter through to around 38 degrees in summer.

The region is famous for its potato cropping, sheep and wool production, and also a wind farm but has a strong cattle industry with many Hereford, Angus & Shorthorn studs close by.
